Our Story
Launched in Spring 2021, TMBR was created to bring together a blend of new and existing construction techniques paired with preferred sustainable building products to develop targeted modular structures for markets we feel are not yet fully supported. Working with local, like-minded contractors, vendors, individuals and clients, our aim is to encourage sustainable and environmentally conscious building practices while maintaining a heavy focus on incorporating new and innovative technologies.
At the core of all of our products are heavy fir timbers married to rigid insulated panels with carefully thought-out assembly techniques. Our products can be fully assembled in our shop and transported to site, or flat-packed and shipped for fast and effective site erection. TMBR Structures can easily adapt our core system to various building sizes and purposes, which we believe balances the efficiency benefit of repeat modularization with the customization needs of our clients. Backed by decades of experience in both modular and in-situ construction we strive to bring the best of both worlds together with TMBR.
